Light Silhouettes

Been having a creative block the last few weeks, so been doing some photo experimenting to get the juices a flowing'(inspiration). After toying with light, and electrical interaction with metal, I came up with this image. I created a static charge in a red christmas tree light and shot a 30s exposed photo using a toy war model as a silhouette. Completely experimental, but created an amazing fire effect. Touching the bulb on the tip of the sword changed some of the light emission to yellow, causing what seems to be a burst of flames coming from the weapon. Friends say they see much evil in the image… Will experiment with this light technique in the future.
